- Review data we read from platforms you connect (Google, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Facebook).
- Basic usage analytics so we know what's working.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't post on your behalf without your approval.
- We don't list you as a customer publicly without explicit written permission.
Data we hold and where
- Hosted on Cloudflare. Data stored in Cloudflare D1 (or equivalent) in US regions by default.
- Email delivery via SendGrid; SMS via Twilio.
- You can request export or deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
SMS messages and your phone number
When you opt in to SMS messages from FranchiseFrontline, we use your mobile phone number only to send you the messages you consented to: sign-in codes, alerts about new reviews at your locations, escalation handoffs, SLA reminders, and weekly recaps.
- We do not share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
- We do not sell your phone number.
- You can opt out at any time by replying
STOPto any message. Opt-out is processed by Twilio (our SMS carrier) and honored immediately. You will not receive further messages on the campaign you opted out of. - You can request help at any time by replying
HELP. - Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan; FranchiseFrontline does not charge for messages.
- Phone numbers are stored encrypted at rest in our database.
