Message types include: (1) one-time passcodes for passwordless sign-in, (2) urgent alerts about new negative reviews at your connected locations, (3) escalation handoff notifications, (4) SLA reminders before an escalation routes to the next person in your chain, (5) weekly summary recaps.
Message frequency: Variable based on your account activity. Typical active accounts receive approximately 30 messages per month. Sign-in codes are one per sign-in attempt.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. FranchiseFrontline does not charge a fee for messages.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any FranchiseFrontline message at any time. Opt-out is processed immediately by our SMS carrier (Twilio) and honored across all future messages on the program you opted out of. Re-subscribing requires you to opt in again through the sign-in flow at /app/.
How to get help: Reply HELP to any FranchiseFrontline message for support information. You can also email [email protected] at any time.
Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and other US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. You may use FranchiseFrontline with email-only delivery for sign-in codes and alerts if you do not wish to receive SMS.
