What we don't do
We don't run "ask your happy customer for a 5-star review" campaigns. Several platforms ban that and even where it is legal it is tacky.
We don't auto-post responses on your behalf. Every response goes through a human (you, your GM, or whoever you set up) before it leaves our system.
We don't lock you in. Monthly billing, cancel any time. Your historical data is exportable on demand.
